Javeln has two types of users:
By registering as a vendor, you agree to:
Javeln does not employ vendors. Vendors are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the services they deliver.
When a customer books a service through Javeln, a booking fee of 7.5% plus £0.25 is added to the total at checkout. This fee is paid by the customer and is separate from the vendor's stated service price. The vendor receives their full asking price.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. By making or receiving payments through the Platform, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Javeln is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers regarding the quality of services delivered.
Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors and displayed on their profiles. Customers are responsible for reviewing a vendor's cancellation policy before booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the vendor's stated cancellation policy and the timing of the cancellation. In cases of dispute, please contact us at hello@javeln.com and we will attempt to assist in resolving the matter.
The jobs completed count displayed on vendor profiles reflects the number of bookings that have been confirmed as completed by both the vendor and the customer through the Platform. This count is tied to verified transactions and cannot be manually adjusted. Javeln reserves the right to investigate and remove any count it believes has been obtained in a manner that violates these terms.
The inventory management feature is provided as a tool to help vendors track their product stock. Javeln does not guarantee the accuracy of inventory predictions and is not responsible for purchasing decisions made by vendors based on the Platform's suggestions.
You agree not to:
Javeln reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
