Reviews on Javeln can only be left by clients who have completed a booking. This ensures all feedback is authentic and trustworthy.
All payments are processed through our secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on Javeln's servers.
Every profile, post, and booking can be reported. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and takes action against policy violations.
If something goes wrong with a booking, contact us and we will help facilitate a fair resolution between client and provider.
